Accept an Offer & Sign
If you find an offer that works for you, accept it and complete the loan agreement online. This is when a hard credit inquiry occurs.
Funds Are Released — We Start Building
Once your loan is funded (typically within 1 business day), payment is sent to G&G Arcade and we begin your build. You'll receive regular updates throughout the process.
