Emulator.ini Configuration

The Model 2 Emulator uses Emulator.ini for global configuration. Key settings include render resolution, fullscreen mode, and input device selection. Per-game INI files in the GAME_INI/ folder override global settings for specific titles.

Force Feedback Wheels

Racing games (Daytona USA, Sega Rally) support force feedback via DirectInput. Connect your force feedback wheel and configure it in Emulator.ini. The "FFBType" setting selects the force feedback implementation.

Light Gun Setup

Virtua Cop and other light gun games require mouse or light gun input. Configure the "GunType" setting in Emulator.ini. For Sinden Lightgun or AimTrak, use the appropriate driver and map to the Model 2 gun input.
